Terms & Conditions for Passan Fresh Ltd

Before you place an order you should read the following:

(Collectively referred to as the “Terms of Business”) as these pages form part of our terms of business and contain important information about your order. None of the conditions herein affect your statutory rights according to the laws of England.

Products, Ordering & Collection 
Whilst we make every effort to stock all our range all of the time, on the odd occasion a product may be genuinely out of stock. In this case we shall endeavour to replace the item/items with the next nearest match. If we are unable to do this we shall contact you before getting your order ready.

Allergies
Due to the nature of goods all our products are manufactured in an environment where nuts and other allergens are present and therefore, we always recommend that people with allergies check our product information for allergen warnings (GF, V, VG, N) and DO NOT consume such products if in doubt. Further allergen information can be obtained from our customer service team who should be contacted on info@bombaysweetcentre.co.uk

Ordering
Once you have placed your order we shall ensure it is in stock, you will them receive an email to confirm your order is being processed.

An e-mail confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when placing your order. Please check that all details accurately reflect your requirements. Should there be any discrepancies, please e-mail us on info@bombaysweetcentre.co.uk immediately. In order to amend an order it must not have already been prepared. We cannot amend orders within 12 hours of your pick up time.

We reserve the right to change or substitute the Products and packaging without prior notice. It may be necessary for us to substitute for an equal or higher priced item owing to the perishable nature of the Products and the fact that they are time-critical. If time is available, we will attempt to contact you.

Capacity to Contract
You are confirming by placing an order that you are not a minor and are aged 18 or over and have the capacity to enter into a contract with us.

Payment
We accept payment by Switch, Visa, American Express, Solo and Mastercard but not by means of any other card. We will obtain a sanction from the relevant card company prior to dispatch and it is important for you to provide us with correct details such as but not limited to name, account address, card number, issue number, issue date and expiry date. We cannot accept liability for an order being delayed as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details being given to us.

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen. The displayed price is the amount in pounds sterling that you will pay.

In the unfortunate event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Passan Fresh Ltd, you as a consumer are entitled to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you the consumer are entitled in accordance with the standing Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.

It is your responsibility to return damaged items for us to investigate.

Advanced payments
Any large orders over the amount of £50 sterling, Passan Fresh Ltd t/a Bombay Sweet Centre would require 50% or 100% of the full amount value of order. If you order to collect within 24 hours, we will require 100% of the payment to be made in advance.

Cancelling the Order
Any orders you wish to cancel must be done so before your order has been produced. Once your order has been produced (most cases on the same day if order has been placed from 12.00pm Tuesday to Thursday) Passan Fresh Ltd cannot accept any liability for changes to your order.

Complaints (Direct)
If you have a complaint about any of our products (24hours for products) or services you must put this in writing. Once we receive your complaint you shall be contacted within 48 hours. You shall be asked for evidence to support your claim. It shall be thoroughly investigated and escalated to the necessary party.

Complaint
Should you have a complaint about one of our stores we shall investigate it and where possible try and mediate between the store and yourself for a fair resolution. We shall make every effort to ensure a fair outcome is reached between both parties.

Proprietorship information
We are Passan Fresh Ltd, 18 St Christophers way, Derby, DE24 8JY. Any reference to “we” or “us” or “our” shall be construed accordingly. We own and operate this website. “You” and “your” means a user of the registration service on this website.

‘’Bombay Sweet Centre’’ are copyright and/or registered trademarks in the United Kingdom, and these intellectual property rights are the sole and exclusive property of Passan Fresh Ltd and may not be used in any way by anyone anywhere.

We are firmly committed to and wish to protect your privacy and information and to provide a safe and secure site for electronic commerce transactions and as a result have created this privacy and security policy. We will treat as confidential all of the personal information you give to us when you register with us using the facility on this website. This includes your name, address, e-mail address, telephone and fax contact numbers, gender, date of birth.

All transactions you enter into with us through our website and all information you provide to us either on the www.bombaysweetcentre.co.uk website, by e-mail or through any other means of communication is entered into with and held by Passan Fresh Ltd.

Security of Transactions
Passan Fresh Ltd take your security very seriously and will encrypt consumer data, such as debit or credit card numbers, when you order directly through the website. We transfer the encrypted data over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) technology so that your online shopping experience is safe and secure.
